About Us

Ontim Investments Limited is a privately held property management company overseeing properties in Ontario. It was established in 1972 by a group of European Investors.

In 1972 the group acquired 2 commercial buildings downtown Toronto. In 1974 they purchased property in Oakville right on the lake and built Sir Richard Towers, a residential apartment building. Between 1975 -1977 the group under the management of Ontim expanded into Burlington and built 3 residential towers known as Burlington Towers.

Ontim has a professional maintenance crew who ensure that our properties are clean and well maintained keeping all our residents and commercial tenants fully satisfied.
